Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and your data from our application, please follow the steps below. Please note that this action is irreversible, which means that all your personal information will be permanently erased from our servers.

Step 1: Submit a Request for Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the application.

  2. Access the "Profile" section of the application.

  3. Look for the "Delete My Account" option.

  4. Click on this option to initiate the deletion request.

  5. You will be redirected to your default email application with a pre-filled email.

  6. In the email, please explain your account deletion request and add your username or any other relevant identification information.

  7. Send the email to tec@talemeapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Step 2: Processing the Request

Once we have received your request, our customer support team will process it as soon as possible. Make sure to provide accurate information to facilitate the deletion process. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Step 3: Consequences of Account Deletion

Deleting your account will have the following consequences:

  • All your personal data, including your profile, payment information, and usage history, will be permanently deleted from our servers.

  • You will no longer be able to access your account or its features.

  • You will lose access to any content or history related to your account.

  • You will need to re-register if you wish to use our application again.
